For the first time, a representative of the University of Ankara, Department of Real Estate Development and Management, visited our Chair with respect to a possible cooperation. 
 
Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bülbül, with many decades of working closely with Germany and German universities, as a coordinator of the international relations of his department, is investigating the possibilities of an institutionalized cooperation in the field of valuation, as well as land and real estate management.

Prof. Magel initially asked him in the conversation to supply the appropriate curricula and research activities, so that they can decide the extent to which a scientific exchange of teachers and students can go. Also, they discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the field of classification and planning of the nature of land use, as well as the application of valuation methods and information systems for public property and the verification of its further development. The idea of a joint summer school is being envisaged. Prof. Heißenhuber from the Wissenschaftszentrum Weihenstephan is expected to contribute to the joint partnership.
